Qualifications

Overview

BBI exists to help our customers create advances that improve health and save lives. We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our site in Crumlin. Join our team: advancing health, together.

The Role

Support and deputise for the Head of FP&A and Business Intelligence, to service business reporting needs including; delivering actionable insights and analysis; leading operationally the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Analyse actual performance against plan to identify opportunities, flag risks, and support data-driven decision-making that enhances overall business performance.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Partner with the Head of FP&A and Business Intelligence and the wider Senior Finance leadership team to gather, challenge, and analyse financial performance across all business areas.
  • Produce clear, insightful internal reports that accurately reflect performance by company and business unit.
  • Support timely and effective reporting to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board of Directors.
  • Act as a finance lead on strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across the BBI.
