You will support the Operational Finance function with a variety of essential finance activities, including ledger postings, payments, reconciliations, financial reporting, and client support. You'll also play an active part in improving processes, managing client cash movements, and assisting with audits and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client funds, including ledger postings, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare robust monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports.
  • Respond to client queries and support audits.
  • Manage cash sweeps and prepare client billing reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and suspense accounts daily.
  • Process transfers, payments, and invoices with accuracy.
  • Contribute to internal improvement and change projects.
