Responsibilities

• Lead all regional financial processes and reporting as a member of the region's Senior Leadership Team
• Present to the regional board and ensure compliance with group policies
• Actively participate in build and sales meetings
• Help shape the future land strategy
• This is a hands-on role that requires astute financial management and the application of practical insights to ensure that risks are managed and strategic decisions are financially sound
