A global humanitarian organization is seeking a Finance Manager - Partnership to oversee financial management for sub-awardees in Bangladesh. This role includes capacity building, compliance monitoring, and providing financial advice to partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management within the NGO sector and strong communication skills. This position is based in Cox's Bazar and offers a contract until April 30, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Since 2017, IRC has supported Rohingya Refugees and Bangladeshi nationalities communities in Cox`s Bazar, Khulna, Barisal, and Chittagong with integrated services. The organization also addresses climate change impacts by building resilience and promoting economic recovery, education, and protection.
The Finance Manager - Partnership is a key position for the Finance department, which provides support to IRC programs implemented across Bangladesh. The position is primarily responsible for providing oversight and day-to-day financial management of the IRC Partnerships Finance functions of sub-awardees. The position will be responsible for capacity building for sub-awardees to build their financial management and administrative capacity, in coordination with the partners and other cross-functional departments of IRC staff. The post holder will provide regular review of sub-awardee budgets at the proposal stage, participate in pre-award due diligence processes, document all financial matters related to sub-awardees' fund request process, financial reports, and manage sub-awardee finance documents/reports, including budget review, financial report review, providing guidance and training related to finance to sub-awardees to strengthen their capacity. This position reports directly to the Senior Partnership Finance Manager, with close coordination with other finance team members.
The post is required to coordinate with the following parties:
Internal & External: Finance team, Programs Team, Grants & partnership team, and external stakeholders, including IRC partners.
