• Manage monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.
• Oversee financial controls, ledgers, and cashflow management.
• Analyse manufacturing costs, margins, and variances.
• Support pricing, costing, and profitability analysis.
• Manage payroll, VAT, and statutory reporting.
• Work with auditors, accountants, and external advisors.
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with operational teams to support production and commercial decisions.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Strong understanding of cost accounting and production finance

Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills

ERP or accounting system experience

Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
