Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and sustainable growth.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Improve margins and cost structures with commercial insight.
  • Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR).
  • Oversee payroll, credit control, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
  • Modernise finance systems and support automation initiatives.
  • Develop scalable systems for expansion and integration across functions.
  • Lead and inspire a London-based finance team across multiple locations.
  • Legal Cashier experience.
About You
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or significant legal sector experience.
  • Strong leadership in finance within professional services.
  • Deep knowledge of SAR and legal sector compliance.
  • Skilled in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
