• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience, ideally with IFRS 15 knowledge.
• Experience in a PE-backed or commercial environment is desirable.
• Motivated to drive improvements and add value.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and mentor a small finance team.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with IFRS 15.
• Lead monthly gross profit reports preparation and analysis.
• Perform detailed revenue and cost analysis.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with non-finance teams for financial insight.
