About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and analytical Finance Manager to lead our Retail Finance Team, a key part of our wider Commercial Finance function. If you're a qualified accountant with a passion for retail and a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

You and your team of four will be the essential financial partners for our field team, providing the support and guidance they need to successfully manage over 450 stores across the UK and Ireland.

  • Provide financial support for critical business decisions, including new store openings, closures, and investments.
  • Analyze and monitor the performance of our store portfolio and the profitability of brand concessions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring new initiatives and recommending future rollouts based on return on investment.
  • Manage sales forecasts and targets, and be a key voice in communicating retail performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial accounting and reporting for sales and costs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead their implementation.
About You:
  • A CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant.
  • Strong IT skills, with exceptional proficiency in Excel.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret complex information, communicating it clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills, and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
  • Leadership skills
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach to your work.
This is a chance to play a central role in the success of our retail business during an exciting period of growth. If you are ready to take on this challenge, we would love to hear from you.
