Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts and managing day-to-day finance operations.
• Ability to act as a key liaison with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure statutory compliance.
• Provide financial insight as the company scales manufacturing.

Skills

Full accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP)

Experience preparing monthly management accounts

Confidence managing day-to-day finance ops

Exposure to external audits

Experience supporting tax compliance

Familiarity with grant claims

Proficiency in cloud accounting (Xero preferred)

Strong Excel capability

Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders

Education

Full accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
