Finance Manager - International Business
Location: Preston - Hybrid

Are you a qualified finance professional with a passion for driving operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading international organisation, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and develop a high-performing transactional finance team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will oversee all aspects of transactional finance, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. This is a key leadership role in a large, high-volume team where you'll be responsible for ensuring process efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large transactional finance team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day operations across AP, AR, and cashflow
• Implement robust controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global finance teams to drive efficiency and standardisation
• Analyse performance metrics and reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Lead on systems and process improvements, including automation and transformation projects

About You:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• Proven experience managing large transactional finance teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• In-depth knowledge of AP, AR, and banking operations
