Qualifications

• 4-6+ years post-qualification experience, ideally across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Managing all financial operations and compliance for multiple entities.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Producing monthly management accounts and Board packs.
• Managing inter-company transactions, cash flow, and cost control.
• Ensuring accurate allocation and reporting of grant-funded projects.
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
• Providing occasional cover for core finance admin processes.

Skills

Strong finance systems experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate to advanced Excel experience

Education

ACA/ACMA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification

They are seeking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations across both the UK parent company and multiple Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape financial processes in a dynamic environment, while working closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all financial operations, reporting, and compliance for multiple entities
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Producing monthly management accounts and Board packs
• Managing inter company transactions, cash flow, and cost control
• Ensuring accurate allocation and reporting of grant-funded projects
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Providing occasional cover for core finance admin processes

What you’ll bring:

• ACA/ACMA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification with industry experience
• 4-6+ years post-qualification experience, ideally across multiple entities
• Strong finance systems experience and intermediate to advanced Excel experience
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
