About the Role

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of their financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and insight across all processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review accurate monthly management accounts to support informed business decisions.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring prompt payments and efficient collections.
  • Monitor and reconcile all financial transactions with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, including missing documentation such as customer agreements.
  • Support the day-to-day finance operations with a proactive, structured, and solutions-focused approach.

About You

  • Part qualified / newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with significant relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in a finance management role, ideally within a fast-paced or growth environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial information clearly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
