The role is office based, however can offer flexible hours if required to suit school pick up but ideally offering full time role.

Sales ledger
Post the daily receipts
Reconcile the sales ledger accounts
Sending out customer statements
Respond to customer service and account queries
Credit Control support
Payroll
Cashflow management and liason with Director
Supplier payments
Match goods receipts to purchase orders and invoices
Process purchase invoices in Hubdoc / Xero
Reconcile supplier accounts
Produce Monthly P&L & Management Pack
Overseeing finance assistant
