Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Fully On-Site
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Bonus
We are working exclusively with a fast growing healthcare organisation that provides IVF and fertility related services. Established in 2022 and fully licensed in 2024, the company has achieved consistent commercial growth and recently exceeded one million pounds in monthly turnover.
The organisation operates with a modern and patient focused approach. The working environment is professional, collaborative and designed to support both staff and patients. Due to continued expansion, the company is now recruiting its first internal finance professional to support the development of a structured and efficient finance function.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of finance activities from the outset and to contribute to building internal processes that support the next phase of growth. The role is suitable for candidates who enjoy responsibility, hands on involvement and working within a growing organisation.
You will oversee day to day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs and maintaining accurate financial records.
You will support the month end process and assist the company in improving its reporting timeline from the current five to eleven days to a target of three to five days. Accurate and timely reporting will support leadership with effective decision making.
The business currently works with external accountants and you will act as the central point of communication between them and the organisation. You will ensure that all required information is provided and that deadlines are met.
The company uses a modern patient management system that integrates with Xero. You will work within this environment and contribute to improving financial workflows, introducing efficiencies and strengthening financial controls.
This role is fully on site in the Euston Kings Cross area. You will work closely with colleagues across clinical and operational teams, supporting them with financial information and ensuring processes run smoothly.
If you are a finance professional seeking a hands on role within a growing healthcare organisation and would like the opportunity to develop a new finance function, we welcome your application.
