Overview

We are working with a fantastic client who are looking for a Finance Manager on an initial 3 6-month basis. The role will be full time and based in the office, paying £23-£25 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the company’s finances, ensuring strong financial control and compliance, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of management accounts and financial reports for the Board of Trustees
  • Overseeing payroll, VAT, and other statutory submissions
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Leading a small finance team and ensuring robust financial processes are in place
  • Working closely with department managers and the Executive Team on financial planning
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably with budget management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, payroll, and financial systems (SAGE experience preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders
