Our client, a leading industrial and commercial construction company, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations and ensure the smooth running of our accounts. This role is vital for managing wages, controlling cash flow, and ensuring prompt customer payments in their growing business.

Responsibilities :

As a Finance Manager, you will…

  • Oversee payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to all site staff and operatives
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely invoice payments and reduce outstanding debts
  • Manage and maintain a healthy cash flow for the business
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, including profit and loss statements and budgeting / forecasting
  • Handle VAT returns and liaise with accounts for tax submissions
