The role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive - Accounts Payables to join our Finance team in the UK. The role focuses on Accounts Payables ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial and tax regulations. This is a hands-on position in a collaborative environment, supporting entities based in the UK and internationally.

What youll be doing

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and appropriate approvals
• Maintain vendor records and manage supplier relationships
• Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with company policies and timelines
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice / payment discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable
• Assist with reconciliations, accruals, and other accounting tasks as required
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Finance team

Who were looking for

• Proven experience in accounts payable
• Experience using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Openness to working in an international environment
• Having qualification such as AAT, BSc in Finance or ACCA will be considered an advantage

NB: This role is part of a finance team supporting entities based in UK and internationally. The position requires flexibility and adaptability to work with different accounting systems across multiple jurisdictions.
