Job summary

A leading insurance company is seeking a Finance Business Analyst for a 6-month contract. The role involves leading finance change initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have experience in finance transformation programmes and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with Oracle ERP and a background in General Insurance are essential. This hybrid position requires 3 days in London.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering finance transformation programmes.
  • Experience working at a General Insurance company.
  • Understanding of accountancy e.g. credit and debit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge on finance change programmes from inception to delivery.
  • Manage cross‑functional teams including Business Analysts, UAT Managers, and Solution Architects.
  • Ensure regulatory and audit compliance throughout the change lifecycle.
