A leading performing arts organization in the UK is seeking a Finance Business Partner to deliver financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a CCAB/CIMA qualification and extensive experience in management accounting. This full-time, permanent position involves close collaboration with production teams and managing financial performance in a creative environment, based in Stratford-upon-Avon with hybrid working options available.

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to work with budget holders and colleagues to deliver financial planning and budgeting, management reporting, financial control, analysis and performance improvement for Stratford and Touring Productions.
This role exists to provide support to stakeholders recognising our increased activity in artistic programming and joining up financial management. You would be part of a supportive, collaborative and highly experienced team who operate in a fast‑paced department which interacts across the breadth of the organisation.

This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Stratford‑upon‑Avon. You will be working 35 hours per week, (hybrid working available) Monday to Friday, although with an expectation of working additional hours to fulfil the requirements of the role when required.
