ROLE PURPOSE

The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in driving financial performance across IVI RMA’s UK operations by delivering strategic insights, robust financial planning and data-driven recommendations. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, this role will influence decision-making through accurate forecasting, financial modelling and actionable analysis.

The position is responsible for identifying risks and opportunities, improving cost efficiency and supporting transformational initiatives that enable sustainable growth. By enhancing financial processes, reporting accuracy and system capabilities, the Finance Business Partner will contribute to long-term profitability, operational excellence and the delivery of strategic objectives across the UK and wider group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with UK and regional leadership and cross-functional teams to drive decisions through actionable financial insights.
  • Prepare board materials and reports to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive delivery of cost efficiencies and margin improvement.
  • Deliver planning and forecasting cycles accurately and on time with minimal rework, aligned with business goals.
  • Contribute to transformation projects across the group, delivering scalable, sustainable improvements.
  • Support regular reporting cycles and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Lead or support transformation and growth projects across the UK and wider group.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of tools, processes, and systems within the finance function. Improve accuracy and speed of reporting through system and process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering; ideally in SME and international/PE-backed settings.
  • Advanced Excel; strong financial modelling; systems such as Navision/Business Central; Power BI desirable.
  • Strong communicator; collaborative; resilient; analytical; stakeholder engagement.

EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

  • Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in hybrid, international teams
  • Experience in PE-backed or rapidly scaling businesses
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools
  • Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
  • Project management or transformation experience
  • Experience in international or matrixed environments
  • Experience in healthcare or multi-site business environments
  • Exposure to M&A or transformation projects
