A health service provider in Plymouth is seeking a motivated Finance Business Partner to deliver strategic financial insights and support operations. Responsibilities include advising on business planning, overseeing financial data integrity, and fostering cost-effective decision-making. The ideal candidate is a professionally qualified accountant with strong analytical skills and relevant NHS experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join an established Finance team as an interface between finance and operations, influencing day-to-day decisions and supporting strategic and business planning across the Trust. This includes demand and capacity planning, understanding service line viability, benchmarking, developing transformational savings plans and supporting the production of large business cases for capital and/or revenue investments.
