Overview

Make an impact where finance meets sport! As our Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting Birmingham Phoenix and teams across the Club, using your financial expertise to influence decisions, guide budgeting and deliver high-quality reporting. You’ll be the link between finance and the wider organisation, helping teams understand their numbers and shape how resources are planned and managed.

This is a hands‑on role with real visibility. You’ll lead monthly accounts, forecasting, variance analysis and key financial processes, while building strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Your analysis, communication skills and professional judgment will make a clear and measurable impact.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Fully qualified chartered accountant status
  • Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and budget holders
  • Strong Excel and financial systems capability
