As a Finance Business Partner - Chief Customer Office, you'll be at the heart of Civica’s customer delivery engine, working closely with senior leaders across our Services and Support functions. This role is pivotal in supporting investment decisions, driving cost efficiency, and enabling the strategic development of our SaaS product portfolio.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial plans, analysing performance, and translating operational metrics into actionable insights. Your work will help ensure financial discipline is embedded across the portfolio, while supporting Civica’s growth and transformation through data-driven decision‑making.
