Mitchell Adam are currently partnering with a well established business with a large and complex asset portfolio who are seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead the fixed asset team through a significant time of change.

This is a hands‑on interim role, ideally suited to a technically strong accountant with proven experience business partnering to senior and group level stakeholders to provide detailed analysis and findings as well as leading a team of three accountants.

A successful candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, you will be responsible for collating data form the fixed asset team to track KPIs, trends and variances to identify opportunities to enhance asset profitability and operational efficiency

Ideally, you will:

  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management with experience partnering with both non‑financial and group level stakeholders to deliver accurate findings and influence decision making.
  • Be confident managing large asset portfolios and complex capital projects.
  • Possess strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Have strong team leadership skills, being able to set and manage deadlines as well as offer guidance and support where needed.
