Finance Business Partner

North Wales (Hybrid – 2 or 3 days on site) – commutable from Bangor, Llandudno, Conwy, Colwyn Bay, Rhyl, Wrexham, Chester

£50–55k + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package

Eaton Syalon are working in exclusive partnership with an exciting business based in North Wales to hire a Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with commercial, sales, and operational teams, delivering insight that drives performance, efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
  • Lead the forecasting and annual budgeting process for assigned areas
  • Assist with monthly stock takes
Business Partnering & Performance Management
  • Act as the key finance contact for commercial, sales, and operational staff
  • Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders
  • Lead discussions on business performance, budget reviews, and cost management to ensure financial objectives align with business strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to area operations, delivering financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities
Capital Expenditure & Investment Appraisal
  • Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and investment appraisals for key projects
  • Monitor and review CAPEX spend, ensuring accurate reporting and process control
Cost Control & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor and challenge operational and finance costs to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements
  • Support in driving process efficiency and data accuracy
Compliance & Reporting
  • Analysis and insights for key decision-making including enhancing KPI reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support audit and ad-hoc financial projects

We are keen to talk to Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) Accountants with well developed Excel/Financial Modelling skills. You will need exceptional ability to provide strategic insight and challenge stakeholders confidently. Ideally suited to a commercially focused Management Accountant keen to step in to a true Finance Business Partner role, or a tenured Business Partner who enjoys working closely with operations across multiple sites.
