• Preparing and sending client invoices in Xero, chasing late payments, tracking incoming payments and updating internal records.
• Weekly payment runs, helping accountants with bookkeeping queries and month-end checks.
• Supporting with VAT and payroll admin, reconciliation and journalling and preparing weekly payment lists for approval.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a creative agency.
• Experience using Xero accounting software.
• Hold a Bookkeeping or AAT qualification.
• Organised, strong with numbers and spreadsheets, and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly.

The salary on offer is up to £35,000 per annum.
