Description

Full time role, 37 hours a week, during term time.

  • Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Support the reconciliation of bank statements and financial accounts.
  • Help monitor budgets and track expenditure across projects.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date financial documentation.
  • Assist with audit preparation and respond to financial queries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
