Support the 5 Finance function, by providing proactive business-focussed financial and analytical support, ensuring actual reporting is reviewed and accurately reflects spend to date for various dedicated departments. To prepare forecasting and budgeting for those departments of the entity profit & loss and ad-hoc projects

What will you be doing?

• Liaising with RTR team & the business to ensure actual reporting is accurate for dedicated departments
• Preparation/reporting of monthly forecasting and budget of 5’s P&L
• Revenue and cost reporting and variance analysis
• Review and co-ordinate various payment runs
• Business support for dedicated departments including the Advertising Sales team
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects
• Provide local support for business on T&E, Vendor setup & Market (PO system)

• Displays confidence, tenacity and a pro-active attitude
• Excellent attention to detail, well organised and self-motivated
• Effective communicator verbal and written to both finance and non-finance staff
• Ability to think on feet and work to tight deadlines, whilst focused on deliverables
• Good time management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks with a flexible approach
• IT Literacy – Especially in Excel and Outlook
• AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified/studying (or equivalent)
• Follows ethical business practices, direct, honest and treats all people with respect and fairness
