Here’s how you’ll power our business as a Finance Assistant

Reporting to the FinanceManager, youwillbe responsible forraising POs in accordance with the Delegation of Authority, goods receipting the PO when the goods or services are completed and forwarding invoices to Syston to be matched to the PO and passed for payment.

Here’swhatyou’llbe doing
  • To manage and raise POs for supplier orders.
  • To match delivery notes to PO’s and GRN.
  • To assist in monthly information for Management Accounts to strict deadlines.
  • To prepare reports on Management Information as required.
  • To cover for other team members where possible for holiday cover.
  • Manage approvals in line with the delegation of authorities.

  • Able to demonstrate effective communication with colleagues at all levels.

  • Prepared to work flexibly to accommodate monthly timescales.
