Start date : February 2026

The Governors of St Patrick’s RC High School are seeking a Finance and HR Officer to join our wonderful school.

Some of the main responsibilities;

Finance

To ensure that the use of the school’s finances support its vision and aims by;

  • efficient management of all school financial resources, including assisting the SBM with the implementation and updating of Policies and Procedures where appropriate
  • enforcing the school finance handbook to ensure correct processes are followed for all orders
  • setting up BACS payments and ensuring appropriate authorisations

HR

  • Act as the first point of contact for staff queries in relation to recruitment, on boarding and inductions, consultancy and other methods of engagement
  • Approval to Appoint process Run reports, analyse data, and produce accurate, distributable management information reports for staff and managers (as appropriate) on employee, team and organisational levels, merging data from several different sources
