Have you got a track record as a Finance Analyst and are you ACCA or CIMA qualified?

YES! Then we canintroduce you to our Swindon based client who are well-established in their sector and offer genuine hybrid working.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering to support the organisations operation with reporting, analysis and insight, you will work in partnership with the Finance Business Partner, to support with budgeting and forecasting, working on projects aimed at improving reporting and analysis, and embedding a performance mindset across multiple sites.

The scope of your newrole will include;

  • Supporting with regular weekly reporting
  • Supporting the preparation of the monthly operations financial review presentation for the Operations Director and CFO.
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes for the operation using a combination of Excel and IBM Planning Analytics.
  • Develop and report on metrics aligned with the Operations Performance teambringingclear insight into performance.
  • Performance benchmarking across sites, identifying best practice and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting with tracking cost efficiency initiatives across the sites and reporting against the overall productivity targets.
  • Your key stakeholders will include the CFO, the Operations Director, finance business partnering team and management accounting team to drive reporting and process improvements.

About you:

  • Qualified with CIMA / ACCA
  • Experience of a multi-site operation would be an advantage.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g. SAP, HFM, IBM Planning Analytics, Power BI)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage in ambiguous situations, and with conflicting deadlines
  • Curious to understand the business, the drivers of performance and the levers available to influence it.
  • Project management skills are desirable, but not essential

In return you will be well remunerated whilst working remotely 2 days per week/ 3 days in their offices.
