Overview

Finance Administrator - Temporary (Immediate Start) - Part-Time

Location: Boldon, free on-site parking
Pay: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, flexible across the week)
Contract: Temporary Assignment (approx. 3 months, ASAP start)

Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Carry out reconciliations of accounts, costings, and ledger entries.
  • Maintain and update financial documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with internal departments (procurement, operations, labs) and external suppliers.
  • Support with month-end/quarterly reporting tasks.
  • Ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date in ERP/finance systems.

  • Previous finance or administration experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
