We have an amazing opportunity for Finance Administrator to join our caring and support team at our Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre, our specialist centre in Kent. We look after adults with a brain injury or other neurological condition. Set within the 12 acre grounds of a manor house, we specialise in intensive rehabilitation for people in the early stages of recovery from a brain injury right through to residential care.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Close payroll for submission to Head Office
  • Process all payroll documentations
  • Main point of contact for staff payroll queries
  • Liaise with onsite HR to replicate staff records
  • Provide site HR with staffing figures for weekly report, reports for HR and Hospital Director
  • Documenting and reconciliation of petty cash
  • Auditing and oversight of Client Funds
  • Processing of all financial data within the service
  • Creating and maintaining e Rosters
  • Sales Ledger / Purchase Ledger
  • Administrative Duties
Working hours
  • Working 4hrs per day
  • 20 Hrs per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Pro rata pay would be £13,624 for 20 hours
  • Timing can be flexible for the right candidate (to be discussed in the interview)
