Quick Staff UK is a fast-growing independent recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff across manufacturing, warehouse & distribution, engineering, office support and more. We're now looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Finance Administrator to support the financial and operational side of the business, with scope for the role to grow as the company continues to expand.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers
  • Checking, chasing and reconciling weekly timesheets
  • Supporting candidate compliance administration (right-to-work checks, documentation, record keeping)
  • Raising sales invoices and managing client billing
  • Updating the purchase ledger using Sage
  • Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
  • General finance and office administration support
  • Working closely with Directors and consultants to meet weekly payroll and invoicing deadlines
Key Requirements
  • Proven Sage experience (essential)
  • Experience with purchase ledger and sales invoicing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to weekly deadlines
  • Well organised with good time-management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and standard office systems
  • Previous experience in payroll, or a fast-moving SME environment would be an advantage
