Our client is a top-tier firm specialising in business recovery, they are keen to appoint a well‑organised administrative professional who seeks a new challenge within an exciting sector. This opportunity provides full training & on‑boarding for the successful candidate, as well as good scope for progression & development. Our client is looking for someone with previous office experience, ideally with some prior knowledge of finance/accountancy- however this is not essential.

The Job

This role reports into one of the team’s managers & will support across the following areas:

  • Liaising with third parties regarding client cases.
  • Preparation of paperwork & legal documentation.
  • Aiding in the preparation of documents for banks & other financial institutions.
  • Drafting correspondence to creditors on request.
  • General support & administrative duties to the manager.
Candidate Criteria

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ administrative experience within a professional services setting (essential).
  • Previous knowledge/experience within a business recovery/accountancy practice/financial services setting would be desirable.
  • Strong communication skills- both written & verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail & good organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively.
