Here at GXO, we're looking for a detail‑driven Finance Administrator to join our ASOS contract based in Barnsley. You'll play a vital part in ensuring smooth financial operations for the site. You'll provide essential administrative support to the Assistant Finance Manager and the wider commercial/financial team, making sure the processes run efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Raise timely and accurate sales invoices and purchase orders
  • Manage supplier payments and resolve queries
  • Complete month‑end tasks including reconciliations, journals, accruals & prepayments
  • Support with credit card requests and liaise with finance teams
  • Build strong relationships across departments and with suppliers
  • Drive cost control and support continuous improvement in finance processes
Qualifications
  • Strong IT skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines with high attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with finance and non‑finance colleagues
  • Experience with SAP or COUPA (desirable)

This is a full‑time, permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00. We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
