  • Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants on financial queries.
  • Produce monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash-flow).
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts in partnership with the leadership team.
  • Oversee month-end close and annual audits, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Analyse current processes and propose improvements.

Euro London Appointments are delighted to partner with a global trading specialist with a worldwide customer base in their search for a Japanese‑speaking Finance & Administration Manager. In this role you will oversee the internal accounts function and support financial operations across multiple international offices, operating in four different currencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily bookkeeping – SAGE entries, invoice processing, expense reporting, VAT returns and PAYE‑related tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants on financial queries and reconciliations.
  • Produce monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, cash‑flow).
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts in partnership with the leadership team.
  • Oversee month‑end close and annual audits, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyse current processes and propose improvements.
  • Support general finance and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in Japanese and English.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an accountancy function for an SME.
  • Experience working across multiple currencies.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE).
  • Highly organised and skilled at prioritisation; able to meet deadlines.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience managing others is a benefit.
