• Experience managing construction or building projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Knowledge of UK public sector procurement regulations and their practical application.
• Experience writing specifications and developing pricing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical added value support services across the South West.
• Monitor progress, quality and compliance at construction sites.
• Maintain accurate records using Outlook and the LHCPG CRM system.
