In this role, the successful Field Service Manager would be responsible for managing the fleet of engineers across the UK, managing the general day to day as well as improving overall efficiency within the team and general performance. Implementing new process as needed, championing a good working culture and ultimately getting the team to its full potential.

The ideal Field Services Manager would have come from either an engineering, building services, consulting background or similar and be comfortable managing in a hands‑off role where there will be a lot of pressure to get the job done properly. There will also be occasional travel nationwide which will be fully expensed.
