Kingston Barnes is currently recruiting for a field service engineer for one of our clients based in Scotland. This role would suit someone who is has an electro-mechanical background and is motivated to travel between different customer sites.
Our client is one of the world\'s leading suppliers of automated storage and retrieval solutions.
Their products are designed to increase productivity and improve the efficiency of working practices. With their tailor-made solutions, they can considerably reduce the company\'s storage space. Clients will include manufacturing sites, distribution centres, and warehousing facilities.
They have successfully installed more than 140,000 systems in multiple different sectors such as retail, warehouse & distribution, defence, and aerospace since 1873.
The field service engineer will be responding to service breakdowns and carry out maintenance of our products. Within the role you will have a mixture of planned maintenance visits and reactive breakdowns. It is electro-mechanical maintenance; full training is provided on our client\'s products and H&S training is also provided. Great opportunity to upskill and learn new skills.
It is a Monday - Friday Days position with a call out rota after probation (1 in 4-6 weeks)
