A leading lifting solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Tower Field Service Technician to provide field-based service support for their tower crane products. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality after sales support and utilize their technical judgment to make informed decisions. Responsibilities include providing maintenance and operational support as well as supervising crane erections and dismantles when needed. This position is based in Buckingham and focuses on service excellence for Potain customers.

Main activities in this Role

• To provide field-based service support for all Manitowoc tower crane products within the UK.
• Be responsible for providing Customers with high quality after sales support, using your judgement in making the correct technical and commercial decisions.
• Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with the product requirements.
• Provide if required supervision to MTW / Customer resourced erections / dismantles and parts.
