Job summary

A well-established British engineering company is seeking a Mechanical Service Engineer to provide maintenance and support for industrial equipment, primarily packaging machinery. The role involves 70% travel to client sites, approximately one to two nights away per week, with responsibilities for repairs and installations. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical engineering qualification and experience in the industrial machinery sector, preferably in food or pharmaceutical applications. Qualifications

• Experience in repairing and maintaining industrial or special purpose machinery.

• Conduct repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, and installations of packaging machinery.
• Travel to client sites 70% of the time and stay overnight as needed.
• Work in the workshop approximately 30% of the time.
