Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2, 3, or equivalent experience in construction, HGV, or agricultural machinery.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and JCB machinery preferred.
  • Portfolio of certifications/achievements is required.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.

Field Service Engineer - HGV/Heavy Plant/Agricultural Machinery

Locations: Midlands, Essex and London (recruiting each area separately)

Up to £39,000 per annum

Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on all JCB product ranges including HGVs, heavy plant and agricultural machinery.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the service sector.
  • Present a professional image while offering tailored service solutions.
  • Liaise frequently with the manufacturer, ensuring World Class customer service.
