Overview

Field Service Engineer - FLT and MHE

Location: Covering Dartford and surrounding areas.

Salary: £30,000 - £42,500 (Depending on Experience) + Overtime

Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a leading materials handling business, servicing and repairing forklift trucks and a range of other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at customer sites. The role offers full autonomy and excellent support.

Responsibilities
  • Service and repair forklift trucks and a range of MHE at customer sites
  • Work in a mobile field-service capacity with a focus on mechanical repair and maintenance
  • Provide high-quality maintenance, diagnostics and fault finding
Key Requirements
  • Strong mechanical background – ideally from forklifts, automotive, plant or similar
  • Recognised mechanical engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential
