Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience with diesel generators and mechanical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
• Organized, self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Confident communicator able to engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to service, fault-find, and repair diesel generators.
• Work from the Essex depot for equipment inspection and preparation.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Take part in an on-call rota including Bank Holidays.
