• £36,500 basic salary with access to a generous bonus scheme
• 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with access to overtime.
• Occasional pre-scheduled weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, annual servicing, routine maintenance, and repairs on automated storage systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults independently.
• Support system upgrades, including software updates.
• Assist with commissioning and installation of new systems at client sites.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns.
• Provide technical support and product training to clients.
• Complete and submit accurate service reports and documentation promptly.
• Manage travel and schedule efficiently.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of automated storage products and systems.
• Represent our client professionally with a friendly and presentable manner.
• Occasional national and international travel for training purposes.

Requirements
