A growing technology firm in Scotland is seeking a Field / Customer Engineer to support and maintain equipment in the Edinburgh area. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience with Windows operating systems, and will enjoy hands-on problem-solving. This role offers full training, a company vehicle for personal use, and excellent benefits including 30 days holiday per year.

The role will be to look after and work in and around the Edinburgh area
Experience mending white goods has great transferable skills for this role and equally, a good level of mechanical / electrical aptitude is ideal for this position.
Also, If you have experience in and enjoy general PC hardware and software maintenance, working with Windows operating systems or generally enjoy taking things apart, mending and putting back together again this could be a great opportunity for you.
The role would suit an individual who is looking to advance their career in engineering/IT and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
There are shifts patterns which are very reasonable and are listed below.
5 days working, 2 days off, with a day off either side if working over the weekend.
Typical shift hours are:
8am - 5pm
9.30am - 6pm
12pm 9pm
This role comes with a company vehicle which can be used for personal use and a fuel card.
Tools/laptop/Android phone and all other required tools are provided
Uniform and PPE are also provided
