Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer!

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of JCB Construction, Agricultural, Industrial, Heavy Line, and Recycling Equipment. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive top‑notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and service JCB and other equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Document customer operations and feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Promote our client's brand and aftermarket products.
• Utilise your technical skills for diagnostics and repairs to achieve “First Time Fix” results.
• Engage in continuous professional development through JCB training courses.
• Uphold health and safety policies while representing the company professionally.

Core Hours

Full‑time position (40 hours/week). 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM, with a half‑hour unpaid lunch break.
