Whats the role about

As a Field Service Engineer at Grundfos you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing and servicing our industry-leading pump systems. Whether working independently or as part of a team you’ll ensure our customers receive timely professional support that keeps their systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Programing and optimizing our products to the customers requirements.
• Disassembling inspecting troubleshooting and repairing pump systems
• Advising customers on system improvements and preventative solutions
• Handling service and warranty matters with support from technical teams
• Preparing and submitting detailed service reports
• Supporting installations and commissioning projects
• Executing maintenance services under SLAs
• Providing feedback and input for repair quotations
• Continuously developing your technical skills and mastering service tools
• Promoting safety through hazard awareness and risk assessments

What do you need to apply

We're looking for someone with:

• Industry experience or a similar technical environment
• Strong knowledge of pump technology
• Technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Experience with diesel engines (desirable)
• A proactive adaptable mindset with strong time management
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
• A customer‑first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
• Digital literacy and familiarity with service tools and systems

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers helping to deliver outstanding service and support.
