Field Service Engineer – Midlands (UK & Europe Travel)

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Midlands (UK) Extensive European Travel Engineering Division

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for an exciting, hands‑on role with global travel? Join our Engineering team and play a key part in installing, commissioning, and maintaining advanced QH equipment across Europe and beyond.

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll carry out site surveys, installations, and scheduled maintenance for both manual and automated systems. You’ll work directly with clients to deliver high‑quality service, complete detailed site audits, and ensure our equipment performs to the highest standards. You’ll also assist with assembly and testing at our UK facilities and provide technical training where needed.

This Field Service Engineer position offers excellent variety — no two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with internal engineering teams, sales specialists, and external service partners to ensure seamless customer support across the EMEA region.

What we’re looking for:
  • Qualified Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (electrical bias preferred)
  • 5 years’ experience in engineering service or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, control systems, and instrumentation
  • Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
  • Ability to read P&ID and electrical schematics
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
